EPSA is a non profit making organisation that was founded in London in 1999, initially by 24 European companies. There has been a healthy growth in membership with EPSA represented in 10 countries and products distributed throughout Europe.
EPSA is a European association of manufacturers and distributors of platform lifts and stairlifts, plus component suppliers and installation companies. The operation, work and activities are organised through several different bodies.
Open to all members, a General Assembly is held once every year with the task of setting the policy for EPSA and deciding the Objectives.
The Board is responsible for the operational direction of EPSA as its executive body within the framework of the policies decided by the General Assembly.

EPSA is administered by Administration Services Ltd., a professional Secretariat in north of the UK, which looks after the administrative interests of EPSA, under the direction of the President.
